Overview

The Barback is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper stock behind the bar, assisting the Bar staff, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. They support the organization of the bar for efficient service during their shift.

Responsibilities

1. Request, verify, and store all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, and food items used in the bar.
2. Stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and condiments.
3. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all products served.
4. Complete all side opening and closing duties.
5. Handle guest issues positively to ensure satisfaction.
6. Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
7. Keep the bar area clean and organized.
8. Attend to customers professionally and courteously.
9. Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
