sbe Lifestyle Hospitality is seeking a barback to support bartenders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires staying in constant communication with the bartenders and service team to ensure the bar remains stocked and prepared for service.
Minimum two years in a high-end dining or hospitality setting is preferred. Must be 21+, polish, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a VIP-driven environment.

The barback acts as the critical support system for our Bartenders. For our bars to function properly, we require our barback to be in constant communication with the Bartenders (as well as the rest of the Service Team). It is their responsibility to ensure that the bar is always stocked with necessary items for proper service and to expedite guests’ drink orders by providing quick and efficient support to the Bartenders.
Must be able to provide documentation that shows you are authorized to work in the United States. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment. It is the employee's responsibility to secure and maintain the current status of all required certificates, licenses, or registrations when required by local, state, or federal government agencies. ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.
