Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 21+ years of age.
• Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
• Ability to access and operate business applications for communication with fellow team members (i.e. email, chat/text messaging).
• Knowledge of basic bar and restaurant operations and liquor, beer, and wine brand names.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and proper garnish, cutting, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with opening/closing duties and daily tasks.
• Maintain clean bars, stock glassware, silverware, and dishes for high-volume operations.
• Respond to Guest inquiries in a courteous and polite manner.
• Adhere to SOPs and liquor laws; rotate stock and manage par levels.
• Polish and wash glassware; prepare garnishes for drinks.
• Report intoxicated or disruptive guests to management.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
