Miru on the 11th floor of the St. Regis Chicago is hiring a Barback to stock the bar, keep areas clean, and support the bartender with side work and related duties. This role involves standing for long periods and lifting items as needed, with shifts that include weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock bar areas with supplies, glassware, ice, and beverages.
• Set up beverages, mixes, garnishes, and supplies; prepare drink bases.
• Assist bartender, busser, food runner, and barista duties as needed.
• Candidates should be available for varied hours, including weekends.
• Safely transport glass racks, ice, and liquor cases; stand for long shifts.
