Job Description:

Support and assist bartenders in executing great service for our guests.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining bar cleanliness during and after service.
• Stocking and restocking bar products during and after service.
• Assisting bartenders with service.
• Assist in bar station set up, break down, and maintenance.
• Greet guests, start and close tabs.
• Prep juices, syrups, batches, etc for service.
• Rotate stock for maximum freshness.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a bar/restaurant.
• Valid TABC certification and valid Texas Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to work afternoons, nights, and weekends.
