Job Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Support Staff member to join MVPs Bar & Grill. This role is perfect for someone seeking part-time work in a dynamic hospitality setting, with a schedule focused on our busiest days, Thursday through Sunday. The Support Staff member will be a versatile team player, assisting with essential tasks across the front and back of the house to keep operations running smoothly during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dishwashing: Keep the dish area clean and efficient by washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure all items are sanitized and ready to support kitchen and bar needs.
  • Barback Support: Help bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages, cleaning bar surfaces, and maintaining a well-stocked bar during service.
  • Food Running: Deliver food orders to tables quickly and accurately, ensuring guests enjoy hot, fresh meals. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to streamline order delivery.
  • Front of House Assistance: Jump in during busy periods to clear tables, reset tables, refill water or condiments, and assist servers and hosts to enhance the guest experience.
  • General Support: Lend a hand wherever needed, including light cleaning (e.g., wiping surfaces, sweeping floors) and completing side work to maintain a seamless operation.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Availability: Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday, with flexibility to cover shifts during peak hours (e.g., evenings, game nights, or special events).
  • Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with front and back-of-house staff.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and eager to tackle varied tasks with a positive attitude.

  • Part-time, averaging 15-25 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Thursday through Sunday.
