We are seeking a Barback/Food Runner to join our team at Hilton DFW Lakes in our Sports Bar, Bonnie and Clyde's.

Responsibilities include:

1. Keeping the bar stocked with glasses, napkins, and other necessary items before and during service hours.
2. Refilling ice wells and stocking glass coolers.
3. Assisting bartenders with maintaining bar cleanliness by cleaning spills, removing used glassware, and tidying the area.
4. Running food orders for bartenders and servers.
5. Transporting dirty dishes and glassware to the kitchen.

This is a PM position with varying days based on business demands.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barback, food runner, or busser in a high-volume restaurant or hotel sports bar.
• TABC and Food Handlers Certifications.
• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
