Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• TABC Certification required.
• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bar with liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies before and during service.
• Replenish garnishes, mixers, and ingredients to keep service smooth.
• Assist bartenders with service needs to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, equipment, and service stations.
• Remove empty glassware and clear surfaces promptly.
• Ensure all bar areas remain organized and presentation-ready.
• Assist with bar setup prior to service and breakdown at end of shifts.
• Restock and prepare the bar for the next service period.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Maintain compliance with TABC and hotel policies.
• Perform other duties to support bar and hotel operations.
• Maintain reliable attendance as an essential function of the role.
