Job summary

Hyatt Regency Orlando is seeking a Barback to support the bartending team in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment. You will help keep bars stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware and supplies, ensuring readiness for service.

Strong communication, physical stamina, and a guest-focused attitude are essential. Prior hospitality or bar experience is preferred but not required; all qualified candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware and supplies.
• Assist bartenders during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas and storage rooms.
• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner as needed.
