The 1933 Group is seeking reliable, team-oriented Barbacks for its historic West Hollywood restaurant and entertainment venue in Los Angeles. This role offers a fun work environment where respect among team members is paramount. Key responsibilities include stocking the bar, preparing garnishes, and ensuring cleanliness. Candidates should have 1-2 years of barback experience, be able to work under pressure, and maintain a pleasant demeanor. Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum of barback experience or similar role in a bar setting.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Have high cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a pleasant and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glassware, napkins, and all necessary items before and during service.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs.
• Keep the bar area neat and clean.
• Coordinate with managers and bartenders to ensure efficient service to guests.
• Keep back-stocked liquor inventory and additional bar supplies organized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
• Strong ability to multitask.
