Qualifications

• Standing for long periods.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Read and follow recipes for juices and batch cocktails.
• Properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and staff professionally.
• Assist bar staff with filling ice wells and stocking liquor.
• Ensure beer, wine, and cordials are stocked.
• Refill and date mixers, juices, and syrups.
• Cut fruit and garnishes; set up bar for success.
• Empty bus tubs and pre-bus the bar top.
• Make batch cocktails according to recipes; manage canisters.
• Be punctual and in proper uniform for shifts.
• Use juicers safely and maintain pars for bar stock.
• Follow management and bartender directions.
• Know the menu well to answer guest questions about food/drinks.
• Obtain and update any required certifications.
• Set up and break down the bar area; clean floors and wells.
• Empty trash and wash dishes with bar machine.
