Fan Duel Sports is the central gathering place and entertainment plaza of Ballpark Village, featuring two levels and 20,000 square feet of entertainment space. It boasts a world-class HDTV presentation spanning over 1,200 sq ft, including a 40-foot LED, providing an exceptional sports-viewing experience. The venue also includes a large retractable glass roof, a stage for live performances, LED ribbon boards, a 200-seat restaurant, and a VIP lounge.

Barback Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Demonstrate energy, outgoing personality, and professionalism.
• Perform basic bar prep: refilling ice, restocking beverages, cutting garnishes.
• Change kegs, including moving full kegs of beer.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills and emptying trash.
• Organize bar and drinkware.
• Clean the bar area promptly.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Complete side work as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service and general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old, depending on state regulations.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Possession of alcohol awareness certification, food service permit, or health/food handler card as required.
• Good reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical and Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift items up to 200 pounds.
• Efficient and safe movement within the facility.
• Handling food, objects, and utensils safely.
• Ability to bend, stand, stoop, and kneel.
• Adaptability to climate temperature changes.
