Responsibilities

• Assist the bartender in daily bar operations at Renaissance Las Vegas.
• Receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Replenish stock and maintain proper beverage portion control.
• Know beverages and cocktails and follow hotel standards for service.
• Open and close side-work as assigned and ensure bar tidiness.
• Support cost control measures and deliver guest satisfaction.
