Forbici St. Pete is hiring Barbacks to join the opening team at our upscale dining concept. The Barback will keep the bar stocked, assist with glassware, garnishes, and supplies, and support the Bartender to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or bar experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18+ and able to obtain food safety and alcohol certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver messages to teammates and management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning the bar and keeping it stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, liquor, beer and wine.
• Support the Bartender to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the bar area.
