Job summary

White Lodging in Austin is seeking a Barback to support our bartending team and ensure smooth operations behind the bar. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and contribute to exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll need an outgoing, can-do attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to stand for long hours while lifting up to 50 pounds. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required to keep our service running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
