Sorelle is seeking a Barback to ensure the bar is set and maintained for smooth operation. You will prepare juices and garnishes, restock and organize bar supplies, and keep the bar area clean and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar, ensuring it is ready for service.

• Deliver food to bar guests and answer guests' questions about the drinks list, menu, and wine list.
• Stock and organize all beverages, glasses, and bar supplies; polish glassware.
• Uphold health, safety, and labor standards as required by law.
