OTO Development is seeking a Barback/Busser to support dining services on-site at our Florida property. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, supporting bar staff with stocking and inventory, and assisting servers in daily tasks to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare tables in between guest visits.
• Keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash.
• Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained.
• Support the servers in their daily tasks.
• Clean up messes and spills as they occur.
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed.
