Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Barback/Busser to support dining services on-site at our Florida property. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, supporting bar staff with stocking and inventory, and assisting servers in daily tasks to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills, plus the ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods. This position emphasizes guest satisfaction and restaurant cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Support the servers in their daily tasks.
• Clean up messes and spills as they occur.
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed.

• Work to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash
• Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained
• Support the servers in their daily tasks
• Clean up messes and spills as they occur
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed

Physical Requirements For This Position
