National Base Salary Rate: $12.00 - $15.00/hour

*Rate depends upon state/market*

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Barback/Busser.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and prepare tables in between guests.
2. Keep the restaurant clean and maintained, including sweeping, dusting, and trash removal.
3. Support bar staff by keeping liquor stocked and maintaining inventory.
4. Assist servers with their daily tasks.
5. Clean up messes and spills promptly.
6. Perform other restaurant duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
3. Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
4. Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

This role can be physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
