Summary:

We are building our Banditos Team and are currently searching for an energetic and reliable Barback/Busser who thrives in a fast-paced and upbeat environment and wants to gain entry into the hospitality industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Stock the bar before, during, and after service to provide support to the bar staff
2. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants at all times
3. Follow White Oak Hospitality standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building at all times
4. Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with White Oak Hospitality and local jurisdictions guidelines

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Ability to multi-task
2. Maintain attention to detail
3. Work on your feet for extended periods of time with occasional heavy lifting
4. Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions
5. Provide support in a team-centric environment to ensure exceptional guest experience

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods of standing and moving around the restaurant at a fast pace
2. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
3. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant's facilities.
