The Valorian Los Angeles, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Barback to support our vibrant bar team. You will help bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and ensure guests enjoy seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior bartending experience required, but enthusiasm for hospitality and a willingness to learn mixology are valued. The role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic property on Sunset Strip.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area.
• Ensure ample clean glassware, garnishes, and ingredients.
• Retrieve and deliver drink orders to guests promptly.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized; restock supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
• Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures.
