Responsibilities

• Learn the flow: support bartenders so they never have to stop pouring; anticipate needs like ice, fruit, and glassware.
• Master the prep: assist with keg changes, cleaning draft lines, organizing the cooler, and fruit prepping to par.
• Earn your stripes:Stock beer and wine, wash glassware, and manage trash during rushes.
• Protect the environment: keep bar tops wiped, mats sprayed, and service areas spotless.
• Event muscle: assist with setup and breakdown for private parties to ready the event space.
