• Able to lift and carry cases (30-50 lbs), move quickly, and remain on your feet for a full shift.

• Reliable availability, especially on busy weekend nights.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bar before service with ice, glassware, garnishes, juices, and any other mise en place as directed
• Replenish ice, glassware, liquor, beer, and supplies throughout service without being asked
• Collect and wash glassware continuously to maintain adequate supply behind the bar
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown at the start and end of each shift
• Keep the bar area clean — wipe surfaces, remove empties, organize storage
• Run bar supplies from the walk-in or storage as needed
• Support bartenders with basic prep tasks as time allows
• Communicate low supply levels to the bartender or Bar Manager during service
