Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Barback to support bartenders, stock the bar, and ensure a clean, guest‑friendly environment. You will assist with maintaining bar top areas, anticipate guests’ needs, and may handle cash/credit card transactions.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate multitasking in a lively setting. Wages are stated as average earnings per hour when tips are added; CHAB certification in Atlantic City or RAMP preferred/training provided in Philadelphia may be required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Have at least 6 months of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

All our Barbacks may be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions.

Barback Job Requirements:

• In Atlantic City, the Casino Hotel Alcoholic Beverage (CHAB) certification is required.
• In Philadelphia, RAMP certification preferred but training provided.
• Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Have at least 6 months of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Have alcohol knowledge.
• Work quickly, accurately and be able to multitask.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
