Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a bar environment.
• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Job Summary

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Bar Back to join our bar team. The Bar Back plays a key support role to ensure bartenders can provide fast, friendly, and efficient service. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish beer, liquor, wine, mixers, and glassware throughout the shift
• Prepare garnishes and assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of the bar
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar at all times
• Refill ice bins, change kegs, and monitor product levels
• Collect and wash used glassware, restock clean items promptly
• Remove trash, recyclables, and maintain a sanitary workspace
• Support bartenders during peak hours by assisting with guest needs
• Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
