Job summary

Truffle Pig Winery in Temecula, CA is seeking a Barback to support our bar team. You will open and close the bar, restock supplies, prep garnishes, and assist bartenders to ensure fast, friendly service.

This role is ideal for someone friendly, hardworking, and eager to break into hospitality. You must be able to stand long hours, lift heavy objects, and work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting at our winery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down
• Restock supplies as needed
• Bus tables
• Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks
• Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
• Take out the trash
• Assist bartenders as requested
