What You Will Do in the Role

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep energy high and drinks flowing, helping create a fun and seamless experience for our players.
• Key Aspect of the Role: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes and ice; maintain a clean, organized area; clean glassware, equipment and utensils; collect empty glasses and bottles to keep service running smoothly.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork and to contribute to unforgettable player experiences.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a safe and clean environment by following safety and sanitation standards.

Physical Requirements

Let’s be real—this isn’t a typical desk job. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

• Lift and Move Things: You’ll handle items up to 50 lb; be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day.
• Active Tasks: You’ll be engaged in a variety of physical activities; a can-do attitude is essential.
• Endurance: You can keep up the pace in a high-volume environment.
• Legal Requirements: You must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and hold the necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
