Job summary

Topgolf Fort Myers is hiring hourly team members for bar back and related roles. You’ll support bartenders, help create a fun and seamless player experience, and keep the bar stocked, clean and ready to serve.

You’ll work with fellow playmakers to ensure smooth service and uphold safety standards. We offer competitive hourly wages, tips where eligible, benefits, flexible shifts including day and weekend options, and opportunities to grow within the Topgolf brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep energy high.
• Create a fun and seamless experience for our players.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes and ice, and maintain a clean area.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils and collect empties to keep service flowing.
• Work with bartenders and playmakers to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and stay compliant.
• Live Topgolf values to ensure every player has an exceptional time.

What you will do in the role

• Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing.
• Create a fun and seamless experience for our players.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils and collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
• Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and Move Things – You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
• On Your Feet – Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
• Active Tasks – From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities.
• A can-do attitude is essential!
• Endurance – Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
• This role requires that you must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
