Responsibilities

• Restock bar inventory such as liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and utensils during and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, sinks, floors, shelves, and storage areas.
• Collect and wash used glassware and bar tools throughout the shift.
• Assist bartenders with preparation tasks, including slicing garnishes and prepping mixes or syrups.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor and refill ice bins and replace CO tanks or keg lines as needed.
• Help organize back bar and storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
• Ensure the bar is stocked and ready for the next shift or event.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide general support to the bartenders and bar staff during peak hours.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries and stock rotation using FIFO (first-in, first-out) method.
