Sauced BBQ& Spirits in Sacramento, CA is seeking a part-time Bar Back to keep the bar area clean, stocked and efficient during busy shifts. You will assist bartenders, clear tables, restock supplies and help with setup and cleanup as needed.

The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to work flexible hours. Prior restaurant experience a plus; food handler's card may be required by local/state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly clearing the bar top and cocktail tables.
• Carry large loads of dishes to the kitchen for washing.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary (setup, cleanup, prep, maintenance).
• Restock work areas to support the bartenders.
• Run drinks to tables for guests.
• Wash and maintain bar glassware.
• Accurately pouring beer and wine for bartenders when they are impacted.
• Cut garnishes for bar use.

Responsibilities Include

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing the bar top and cocktail tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
• Re-stocking work areas to support the bartenders
• Running drinks to tables for our guests
• Washing and maintaining bar glassware
• Accurately pouring beer and wine for bartenders when they are impacted
• Cutting garnishes for bar use

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
