Job summary

Golden Road Motor Inn DBA Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Barback to support food and beverage service across our casino, bar, lounge and dining areas. Day or Swing shifts are available.

You will help maintain a clean, stocked bar and dining spaces, verify par levels, and communicate with guests and team members while adhering to safety and grooming standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• 1+ year of food & beverage experience in a fast-paced environment; barback or fine-dining experience preferred.

• Support food and beverage service for the assigned outlet (bar, lounge, dining).
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized bar, lounge, and dining area.
• Verify par levels for products and equipment and report shortages to the manager on duty.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Follow mandated safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Adhere to grooming standards; no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.

Job Summary

We are currently accepting applications for a Barback to support food and beverage service in our casino, bar, lounge, and dining areas in Reno, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Support food and beverage service for the assigned outlet (bar, lounge, dining)
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized bar, lounge, and dining area
• Verify par levels for products and equipment and report shortages or needs to the manager on duty
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
• Follow mandated safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
• Perform additional assignments as assigned by management

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card required
• 1+ year prior Food & Beverage experience in a fast‑pace environment; barback and/or fine‑dining experience preferred
• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to stand, walk, use hands, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume environment while maintaining portion control, safety, health, and service standards
• Must adhere to grooming standards; no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair or nail colors
