Job summary

Hand Cut Chophouse Nashville, part of Riot Hospitality Group (RHG), is seeking Barbacks to join our team. You will support bartenders, maintain bar setup, stock levels, and garnish stations throughout shifts.

You will work with a collaborative RHG team in a fast‑paced environment, uphold brand policies, and deliver guest‑focused service.

This role offers a fun work atmosphere in a premier Nashville location with growth opportunities within RHG.

Qualifications

• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift.
• Stock bar before, during, and after shift.
• Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift.
• Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
• Adheres to RHG brand policies and procedures.
• Works as a team player and actively contributes to the bar/restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic bar and alcohol knowledge.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
