Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Barback in Miami Beach to support bartenders and ensure a seamless bar operation. You will prepare the bar area, restock glassware and ingredients, and deliver drinks with a friendly, guest-focused approach.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with willingness to learn and grow in mixology. This on-site role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
