Are you passionate about great food, exceptional drinks, and creating memorable experiences for guests? Weller's Bistro is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Barback to join our team! Located in the heart of the community, we specialize in scratch-made German cuisine, craft cocktails, and a carefully curated beer and wine selection. Since opening in 2019, we’ve grown into a beloved destination for food enthusiasts and have expanded our offerings to include catering and a food truck serving Germany’s most popular street food.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Barback at Weller's Bistro, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our bar operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting bartenders by restocking and organizing bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Supporting bartenders during service by preparing mixers, cutting garnishes, and keeping the bar fully stocked.
• Helping with setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after shifts.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
