Responsibilities

1. Restocking the bar with supplies such as glasses, ice, napkins, straws, and garnishes.
2. Replacing empty liquor bottles, beer kegs, and wine bottles.
3. Cutting fruit and prepping house-made frozen drinks.
4. Bussing glasses and cleaning glassware to maintain stock and cleanliness.
5. Making pizza and delivering it promptly to customers.
6. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in the bar, restaurant, or service industry.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
• Food Handling license.
• Criminal background check required.
• Physical ability to lift kegs, hold trays, and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven experience as a bartender with relevant training certificates.
