• Refilling water.
• Trash disposal.
• Cleaning & maintenance.
• Bar stocking & breaking down boxes.
• General knowledge of steps of service and bar service.
• Committing to training program.
• Ability to lift ~50lbs.

• Setting up bar for service
• Closing bar for service
• Preparing cut fruit, juices, mixes, and assorted garnishes
• Clearing plates, glassware, bus tubs, and supporting in bar glassware cleaning

• Cleaning & Maintenance
• Bar Stocking & Breaking down Boxes
