Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a friendly bartender/server to assist bartenders with bar setup, restocking, and serving guests. You will help maintain clean bar and lounge areas while providing cheerful, proactive service.

This full-time role requires the ability to stand 8–10 hours, work weekends and holidays, and follow safety guidelines. Experience in high-volume F&B is preferred; hotel background is a plus. Concord offers competitive wages and benefits.

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused.
• Ability to work standing for 8–10 hours and flexible scheduling.
