As a Barback at Max's Grille, your responsibilities include:

• Assist in bar setup, opening, and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Stock bar stations to par and maintain liquor bottle levels
• Maintain clean glassware
• Become familiar with the liquors and beers sold in the bar
• Greet guests promptly and courteously
• Assist bartenders and servers, remaining calm and courteous
• Think clearly, quickly, and make concise decisions
• Perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Ensure the work area is safe, clean, and free of obstructions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical ability to walk and stand for entire shift
• Physical ability to reach, bend, lift, carry, and remain stationary for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Legal age to serve liquor according to state law
