White Lodging operates premium-brand hotels and restaurants, and the Barback role supports the bartending team by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly to ensure guests receive exceptional service.

You’ll work with bartenders, maintain stock, follow sanitation practices, and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner. Availability on weekends, nights, and holidays is required; full-time benefits start day one.

Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure guest service and assist where needed.

• Keep bar area clean and organized during shifts.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and garnishes to answer questions.
• Present a neat, professional appearance as a bar team member.

As a Barback, you will support the bartending team by ensuring smooth operations, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the bar stocked so that guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
