Job summary

Flight Club in Addison, TX seeks a Barback to support bartenders in delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You’ll ensure the bar has the right stock, prepare garnishes, restock, and help with kegs while keeping a clean, organized workspace.

You must hold current food handlers and alcohol certificates, have at least two years’ experience in high-volume settings, and be able to pass all training tests with at least 90%.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each Food & Beverage training testing throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer and build rapport with guests.
• Assist bar team by restocking, preparing garnishes, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Change kegs, restock depleted product quickly and ensure a clean, organized bar area.
• Open and close shifts and carry out duties as assigned, creating positive energy and teamwork.

The role ensures the bar has all required product to execute orders and cocktails properly with a clean bar top to allow new guests.
