Qualifications

• One year of guest service experience required.

• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supply beverage stations and servers with glasses, straws, napkins, etc.
• Ensure cleanliness of bar areas, tables, floors and equipment.
• Maintain QUAT sanitizer and rotate per policy.
• Stock beverage supplies and barware; set up and tear down bars.
• Prepare fruit for garnishes and manage liquor records.
• Deliver excellent guest service in a friendly manner.
