Job summary

GUN BARREL CITY WINGS LLC in Heath, Texas is looking for a Barback to support bartenders and ensure an excellent customer experience. Qualifications

• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Bus tables.
• Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks.
• Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles.
• Take out the trash.
• Assist bartenders as requested.
