Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Barback to support bartenders, restock supplies, and assist with opening/closing duties. You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked bar and ensure inventory integrity across shifts.

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required. Prior food service experience is preferred; the role requires standing and walking, with emphasis on safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Restocks bar with garnishes, straws, napkins; ensures bartenders have clean towels and glassware
• Delivers product using transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
• Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Checks taps and appliances; changes out kegs as needed
• Keeps bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping/mopping, removing soiled glassware, cleaning coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash
• Maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor with guests and staff
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
