Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests during barback duties.
• Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy with storeroom staff and bartender.
• Prepare garnishes, cut fruits, and mix juices as needed for service.
• Monitor supplies (stirrers, napkins, matches) and restock for bar and adjacent areas.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and comply with health codes.
