Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Bus Person to help maintain a clean bar area, clear and reset tables, and support bartenders and servers to ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

You will collect glassware, assist with seating, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests with courtesy while complying with health and safety standards; a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Bus Person or similar role in an upscale bar, lounge, or restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
• Collect used glassware and deliver to cleaning area.
• Assist bartenders by delivering drinks and replenishing water.
• Set up tables with glassware, napkins and utensils per standards.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist during peak hours.
