Responsibilities

• Wipe, clean, and polish the bar counter, shelves, bottles, glasses, and equipment.
• Inventory and stock the bar for setup with beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
• Receive drink orders from patrons and wait staff.
• Mix ingredients according to standard recipes for orders.
• Ring drink and food orders into the register.
• Count inventories and restock the bar to closing par levels.
• Stock clean glassware and arrange garnishes.
