This role uses a POS system, involves opening/closing side work, garnishes, and handling payments. The role pays tip credit minimum wage plus tips; actual earnings depend on tips.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate blenders and drink machines.
• Must stand for entire shift and be able to lift light loads.
• Good basic math for handling checks and tips.

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interacts with bar guests to create friendly atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes.
• Presents checks and handles payments.
• Relays food orders to kitchen via POS system.
• Processes employee and/or manager food orders.
