Out West Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic Outbacker to deliver exceptional bar service with enthusiasm and guest focus. You will craft beverages to standard while upselling food and drinks and supporting servers across the dining room.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service at the bar guided by guest preferences and cues.
• Craft drinks to perfection with proper safety, tools, and recipe standards.
• Know the menu well and make recommendations to guests.
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Support Servers on beverage selections and offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
