Job summary

Hard Rock International in Florida is seeking a Beverage Team Member under the Beverage Shift Supervisor. You will maintain bar supplies, ensure cleanliness, and support high-caliber service to guests.

This role requires reliability, organization and good personal hygiene. You will follow sanitation standards and help with setup and restocking during service, contributing to a safe, efficient bar operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar area supplies and equipment as required.
• Ensure ample glassware, napkins, straws, ice and garnishes are available during service.
• Complete all established bar setup duties in a timely manner.
• Perform work assignments directed by bartender or beverage management.
• Adhere to sanitation practices to keep bars clean, sanitary and odor-free.
• Follow food and beverage department regulations and procedures.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
