Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Barback Set-Up to support fast-paced bar operations. Shift varies and pay is $15.00 per hour. You will help keep bars clean, stocked, and ready for service while delivering friendly guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, able to obtain a gaming license, and comfortable coordinating with team members and supervisors to maintain high standards of cleanliness and beverage service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with guests effectively.
• Beverage, supplies and chemical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set up bars as assigned, following rotating schedule.
• Maintain bar stock and assist in breakdown and setup of bars.
• Disperse glassware to correct bars and ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist in cleaning equipment including sinks, drains, and service stations.
